Tickets will go on sale to the public on Friday, February 17th at 10am local venue time. Members can update the payment information or make an early payment after seat assignments post by clicking on the "Manage Payment" link on the "My Orders" tab. Payment Plan members will be charged for the second installment on March 15th and charged for the third and final installment on April 14th. If confirmed for regular event tickets, you will also be notified in the coming weeks to select one event to opt into the random drawing for a two ticket upgrade to GA Floor Standing! The winner of the 2023 Flyaway Meet & Greet Sweepstakes at iThink Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, FL will be chosen at random and contacted via phone on March 24, 2023. Golden Ticket winners will be notified by email in the upcoming days. If residing outside the US/Canada, please contact Warehouse ticketing via email at to make arrangements for ticket delivery. Shipping addresses may be updated by clicking on "Edit Shipping" on the "My Orders" tab. If you have been confirmed for multiple shows in a series, all tickets for the series will ship together prior to the FIRST show in the series. You will receive an e-mail with delivery tracking information on the ticket ship date, which is approximately 12 business days before the show. Tickets will ship via FedEx 2-day delivery service. Seat assignments will post to the Order History page in the next few weeks. If confirmed, your ticket level will be posted. If you were granted tickets for an event, your status will say "Confirmed." If you were not granted tickets for an event, your status will say "Declined." If a portion of your tickets are confirmed, the status for that order will say "Confirmed-Partial." Order History can always be found in the menu on the top right-hand corner of the Warehouse ticketing page. If all orders are declined, navigate to the My Requests tab for more details.
